I'm in town for 3 days of meetings. The 1st day doesn't start til 11. So days before I arrive I book a haircut for 9am that first morning. While travelling the day before I call and confirm the appointment. I wake up early that first day, looking forward to pampering myself a little before the days of work ahead. I show up a half hour early... The appointment somehow got booked at a different time 3 weeks from now. No haircut for me. Frustrated, but mistakes happen, right? Anything you can do for me? No. They just look at me like I did something wrong. No services after or before meeting times, I'm out of luck. What happened to customer service? They screwed up my 2 hour me time and offer me nothing. No apology. No complimentary spa products, no evening massage appointment, not even free gym time! Nothing. Just looked at me like, why are you still standing here?!
