Very nice, trendy hotel. We enjoyed our stay. I left my purse in a cabinet in our room when we checked out. I called the hotel about an hour after we left and they found it and held it for me. All of the contents were untouched. Highly recommend!
Elegant and classic decor. May be dated for some people, but I find it charmingly opulent. Service is impeccable. They are an equally good choice for a romantic getaway or a corporate meeting.
The artwork is top notch, they did an excellent job gathering a varied collection.

my husband and I arrived, everyone was on alert to greet us. All of our needs were met. The Lead Server Garrett was excellent and professional. The entire staff was amazing under such great leadership. Elizabeth, you are an exceptional leader and look forward to my upcoming birthday celebration next month! A 5 star rating is clearly not enough. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who want to get away and not have to worry about anything!
If I could give a zero star I would. I wanted to spend thanksgiving with my family in Orlando and stay at a top hotel. I made reservations for the concierge rooms that include access to the hotel lounge and complementary breakfast buffet. When we arrived to check in we were not informed that the lounge would be closed for the thanksgiving weekend. The only reason we were even notified was because we asked what floor the lounge was on. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE was this mentioned. We were given breakfast vouchers which was good for a cup of yogurt, a mini muffin and an english muffin. Are you kidding me? Is this what a concierge level room at the Grand Bohemian gets you? We spent a good deal buying breakfast that should have been included with the package I purchased. I feel ROBBED by this place and taken advantage of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!. The staff's answers to my questions were short and rude.

The texting service for the valet did not work even once while we were there and one night I found my car was not even taken down to the garage.
