Horrible service and rude nail techs. They also allow a stray cat inside the nail salon.
I love this salon Nancy is my nail tech . She is so professional and knowledgeable at her craft. I highly recommend you get your nail needs done here you won't be disappointed. :)
The lady I got actually cut my finger a little too deep while trying to fix the sides of my nail. Admittedly it was partly my fault for not telling her to stop and I would not be concerned about being cut if you'd like to go here -she was very polite and kept asking if I was okay.
THIS PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE!!!... THEY HAD A CAT IN THE SALON I ASKED FOR THE CAT TO BE REMOVED DUE TO ALLERGY AFTER THAT THE TECH HAD AN ATTIUDE AND ASKED WHY I DONT LIKE "THE CAT" AND I SAID ITS NOT THAT I DONT LIKE IT I PEFER TO BREATH!!! I WAS SO PISSED AT RUDENESS I DIDNT FINISH...THIS PLACE WENT DOWN SINCE THEY FIRST OPEN THEY TRIED USING SOMEONE ELSE PEDI SET ON MY SISTER FEET AND DNEIED HER SERVICE INSTEAD OF USING A NEW ONE....I WILL NEVER STEPP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN LITERALLY!!!!
Every nail tech that I have worked with have impressed me. They are very skillful and their work is neat. At Belle Nails and Spa the Ambiance is very calm and cool. The shop is neat and clean and the staff is polite.
Aside from this the actual application of the polish was alright but it didn't amaze me. In fact the light pink on my fingers was redone by myself because the original got ruined as soon as I left the salon. If you're interested in getting designs done I'd be a little wary.
Aside from this the facility seemed clean to me with friendly staff, overall I give 3 stars.
I wouldn't say this is the best nail salon, but perhaps the lady I got just wasn't all that great. They were very polite and helpful but I would say the actual final product is okay.
