We have been taking our dog here for over a year, but the grooming quality has gone down. We have not been happy with 2 of the 3 last grooms. I'm will to pay this higher end price, but expect good service. Disappointing!

I hardly ever write reviews and it is true that you are more likely to write reviews based off of poor experiences than excellent experiences, but I will try to showcase both sides. I just left the Lake Nona location for a nail and pad trim along with the sanitary trim. On the phone prior to the appointment I explained that if my dog cannot handle the nail trim with two groomers that they can stop attempts and call it a loss. I also reiterated this at the beginning of the appointment. Because the appointment was only going to be 20 minutes I stayed in the shop. Within 5 minutes I could hear my dog squealing and a lot of wrestling noises. I saw in the window a mussel on my dog and more than 2 people attempting to hold her, all of which actions were not explained as an option at the beginning of the appointment. My dog doesn't like mussels, she had a bad experience as a pup. I would have thought strongly resisting would indicate that a nail trim just wouldn't work, but instead they put a mussel on and my dog panicked. As I was knocking on the door to tell them that the nail trim isn't going to work, I hear the main groomer scream "They can take her to the vet!" Even after that statement I was very polite and appreciative of the attempt and they did not charge me, although I offered to pay. But to be completely unprofessional and speak to a customer that way is unacceptable. I was treated like I was this irresponsible dog owner to put the groomers and my dog in danger, but they blatantly ignored all the precautions I provided at the beginning of the appointment. I'm not sure if the shop owner was there but please know that I will not be returning, and I will let my fellow doggie parents know of this experience. I'm sorry this situation happened, but you need individuals that can provide genuine, quality customer service such as your front of house employee. She was very polite before, during, and after the incident and engaged with my pup on our way out. She was a very nice young lady. However I'm shocked this happened in Lake Nona.
The staff were very polite with us and our three dogs. Kriscia was our groomer and she was so professional with taking care of our dogs. Their prices for their service are a steal. Definitely will be taking my dogs back there.
Awesome treats for your dog. Really like the different options, however the young woman who worked there seemed uninterested at best. She was not rude, but also did not seem to care whether I bought something.
