The owner is an absolute darling. So nice to go to a store that the owner remembers everything about what you have and will be interested in. If she does not know something she does not BS you just to make a sale. I asked her something and she was not sure, so she and I looked up the info between her book and my phone and boom, customer service at its finest. THANK YOU!!!!
Im glad I decided to stop by the store, I found what I was looking for, there wasn’t a big selection of freshwater fish but I was told by the owner (which was very friendly, very helpful and cares about the fish) that if I wanted something in particular they could always order it for me and let me know when once they get it.
EXCELLENT customer service. I didn't want to leave the place. Those ladies are SO helpful. They have so much knowledge and are kind enough to share it. Definitely my new fish store.
