This store has some beautiful corals. I have been there twice. The first time there were about 5 employees. I had to go around them to see the corals. They seemed to be to busy to help me. I finally got someone to bag a fish. I grabbed some frozen food and left. I came back today a week later. I was hoping to ask some questions. Today there were like 7 employees. I still felt like I was intruding to ask of they would bag some corals I had bought online from them. I had planned on buy some more coral but felt like I would be bothering them to ask them to bag more for me. Even with the bad service because of there selection I would rank them the 3rd best coral store in the area. At a 2 1/2 hour round trip I don't expect to be going back soon.
From the moment walking in to the shop, we were welcomed and started shopping! Carlos was more than helpful. We bought a ton of coral and can't wait to come back. Thank you!!
The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Carlos explained to me their sales and signed me up for their online subscription. I will definitely be back. Happy to spend my money here
Great shop! I was impressed with the quality of the corals as well as the amount of coral in stock. All of the tanks in the store were clean and organized. No visible sick or dead fish.
I recently moved florida and while checking out fish stores this one sticks out. I was very impressed with the store and staff. Clean tanks, clearly and reasonably priced pieces and great coral/variety. Carlos and the other employees are friendly and knowledgeable, happily answer all of my questions. Will definitely keep coming back for all my livestock!!
