From the minute I walked in I was absolutely thrilled with how I was treated! I saw the puppy I wanted online and they called me right away to set up an appointment. All the people there clearly love animals, and I loved the laid back friendly atmosphere. It made picking out a forever friend completely stress free! They helped me pick out every thing I needed and I'm totally grateful for them! Tommy you were a rockstar!!!!! Can't wait to come back and visit with my puppy!

This was our first experience in this pet store and our first experience of buying a puppy from a pet store. Our pet counselor, Harold, was very helpful and patient as my family and I met a few puppies before deciding on ours. It was obvious that Harold had a lot of experience with pets and made our pet adoption experience an enjoyable one. I also liked that the store provided us with a lot of necessities that were included with our purchase. That was something less to worry about.
I had been looking for a puppy for a few days, and visited different stores. I have to say that this Petland has the best customer service, and Harold was awesome! He shared a lot of information with us, answered all of our questions and went over our options. He made this whole process a very easy and enjoyable one. It was a great experience, and we are so happy to have found our fur baby... the perfect addition to our family! Thank you so much Harold, and the Petland Team!
I purchased a full bred yellow lab from Petland. I nearly paid almost $2,600.00. The day that I took him home, he wouldn't eat the food that they gave me nor would he drink water. I had to take him to the animal hospital in Orlando to be told that he had the beginning form of a parasite, and kennel cough... $2,600.00 and I purchased a sick puppy. Thankfully the parasite was just beginning so within several antibiotics and rest he got better. I also had to switch his food. The vet told me the food that I was giving him was terrible for him, and that it wasn't puppy food. I love my dog to death, but I DO NOT recommend buying a dog from them. I would NEVER do it again, nor would I ever recommend anyone to them. Also, If you decide to do financing for them to take money out of your account a month they charge interest it isn't the flat fee that they state, they also never stated that if I apparently paid it within 3 months there was no interest :) ..... Now I am fighting with the financing department. Thanks!
Best baby ever. I love her. She's a Neapolitan mastiff puppy. She doesn't bark or cry. This place finances and includes almost everything you will need for your new family member. They microchip and make sure the initial vet needs are taken care of. Cute babies and they all need homes. The staff is fabulous. I went into just look.... ended up with her and I've never been so happy. 5 stars guys!
