My experience was quite delightful. I made reservations before I moved down from Virginia. They were the cheapest of the three storage locations close to my new residence. Even though I was a bit delayed in moving, they still held my reservation, until I arrived and went there personally. They allowed my moving company to park their trailer on the premises for 5 days until I was able to empty it to put into my storage unit. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family and others reading this review.
Been with this place for almost 4 years. Had one unit for most of the time. Was very disappointed that every year some new charge was added. Rent went up yearly and/or insurance was forced upon me. Sadly, I sold my pickup truck during that time, so I couldn't easily move to another place for cheaper. It wasn't huge increases but over 4 years it went up ~hundred per year. Moving to a bigger unit here before we moved was easy and surprisingly inexpensive. Always had good service here.
The office staff are always friendly and helpful including Sandy, who has been a great help to me. The office has an assortment of helpful packing items that are available for sale. They have a variety of rental trucks available also.
