The crew arrived at 1:30 with no packing material on the truck, and after assessing the job I was informed they would not be able to complete the move before they time out for the day. The crew was great, tackled the furniture and what was already packed, and actually got more moved than I thought they would in the time they had. I asked the driver about them returning the following afternoon if I could arrange with my job and was told that would be fine, we exchanged numbers to be in direct contact. I took an afternoon off work and they never came back.
Our service today was spot on! We loved our movers. This was a very emotional move for our family and the staff made it so much better. Thoughtful positioning and professional tips made arranging furniture a smoother process. Everything was wrapped and transported safely. Fast, efficient and positive! Would definitely use again and recommend to others!
Again the crew was great while they were on site, but the over all experience and resulting scramble to finish my move was not.
We had trouble with a different moving company. Called All my sons and they were friendly and helpful on the phone. They set us up to move the next day. Crew was on time, fast, friendly and helpful. They took great care of our belongings and made sure it was safely stored and wrapped. They loaded and unloaded a 2bedroom apartment in 2h. They are a little pricey but definitely worth it! Awesome job! Thank you
I booked my move with All My Sons because I had used them several years ago and had a wonderful experience. Wish I could say that for my most recent move. Had to move with short notice, was grateful that they had availability and requested earliest available start time. Had requested moving and for the crew to be ready to help finish packing. On the call with the company the day before to confirm everything I was told the crew would be there late morning after a small move in my area. I was fine with that and re-iterated the packing help.
I scheduled a move was told late morning/early afternoon. I called several different numbers to find out when they would be arriving and no one answered. I got a call back at 12:45 they were on their way. When they arrived there was a light rain and they could NOT do the move. It rained for 20 minutes. This was my only day to move. Thanks for nothing!
Having dealt with 2 different movers in the past 3 years, we recently (2 days ago) secured the service of "all my sons" they sent 3 guys( Carlos,James and tye) . These guys were simply the best movers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Very professional, polite and simply went above and beyond what I would expect them to do. Since they were moving us from a storage to our home, they even offered to clean the storage unit for us, a service that was never discussed prior to the move. Their professionalism simply amazed me. This professionalism started from the first minute I contacted all my sons on the phone and continued even after we were moved. You guys have been great and made what is supposed to be stressful event turned into into a very joyful one. Thanks again for everything
