I have never seen a bug or rodent.
The employees are always polite.
Patronize the theater. There are no issues.
D-BOX experience
It was great being escorted to the seats. Feeling the action with the motion seat was great. No rumbling from seat to enhance the bass. Weak bass from the cinema speakers. The 10' 3-way surround speakers didn't help the muddy or muffled vocals for the main front speakers. I felt like was watching a movie at an old school dollar theater.
I have been watching movies at this theater since it opened.
Great place. I wish Premiere Cinema would have a more aggressive audio system and a larger screen. Maybe switch from DTS to Dolby Atmos.
I've been going to this theater for years. Even after Alan(one of the managers) moved on I still continue to come to this theater. It's nice, very clean, the staff is awesome, bathrooms are always clean and smelling good. I will continue to go to this theater. Not only is it convenient for so many reasons, but they also play movies the day before its release and I think that's pretty cool. It's close to home and the movie times are reasonable not 4 hrs in between. Can't wait to go see "War On The Planet Of The Apes Today". People please do not let one bad review steer you away. Again I have been going to this theater over 5 years and I have yet to see any roaches or even seen it dirty!! I LOVE THIS THEATER
The concession stand is clean, the theaters are clean as well as the bathrooms.
Premiere Cinema 14 at Fashion Square Mall was a nice overall experience to end the day with a 10:25pm showing for "Flatliners."

Cheap is cheap and you get what you paid for. In this case, if you like filth and a disgusting environment, then you will fit right in this theater. If you want to spend a couple of hours with some roaches crawling on your feet while you sit in the dark, then by all means pay the ticket! Not to mention the service here is ridiculous! The "manager" or "assistant manager", I think her name was Meredith or Maggie or Margaret can't remember, was very rude and unprofessional. She insisted that what my friend and I saw and felt was not really there! When I asked her to compensate us for the horrible experience, she acted like the system was "down" and can only offer us a free popcorn. Why would I want popcorn when you have roaches crawling everywhere? Gross! Don't go here unless you are okay with roaches crawling on you and you like bad service and no compensation for it!
I came with my family and watch Justice League today, I noticed that the chairs were filthy and smelled like a sweat. I see people putting their feet up on top of those chairs with their shoes on. I was itching while watching the movie, then I wondered how long they have changed the chair covers? They could have millions of bed bugs all over this place and each one of these people is bringing them to their houses. If you ever want to watch movie here, I suggest you bring your own Lysol! And make sure you wash your clothes once you get home. I know what clean looks like, this place needs a major clean up and probably a newer chairs! Ijs
