Chairs recline automatically, and are so comfortable.

Awesome quality Theatre, bathrooms are so/so, staff is so/so, other customers are kind of horrible to people around them most of the time. 3rd time in three months same experience all times, brand new movie, two week old movie, and movie on its way out. I feel several customers have no regard for this around them. I feel the customers make it difficult for the staff to perform.

Epic is a great theatre. I watch a lot of matinees there. I love the venue, the reclining seats, the easy interactive kiosk to buy my tickets, and of course the atmosphere. In the past I would drive to Disney Springs to watch my movies, but the day I set foot in Epic theaters I kept going back. ❤️

Hate paying $8 for a pizza the size of a postcard. I understand theaters have to do this to make money, but at least make the servings feel like they're almost worth the price.
My husband and I go quite often to this theater because it's more close to our home than others. We absolutely love this theater. Great service and management! Yeah the food is a bit pricey, but what theater isn't.. lol. They have good food and many options of food and drinks. I personally think their popcorn tastes better than most theaters we have gone to. I like the fact you can reserve your seats online which is what we normally do. It's easier that way. We bank up out rewards and so far have gotten two free movie tickets, large popcorn and drinks. Best reward program! Overall it's a great theater! Oh & the reclining seats are AWESOME! It's a nice thing when you can sit comfortably in a movie theater and enjoy it!
