I normally come to this theater and its slowly getting worse and worse each time. I just saw Justice League. This is the second time the ticket stub attendant had a bad attitude. Leann assumed I was paying for a second ticket because I was going with a friend (who was behind me). She rang me up for two tickets and had an attitude when she had to change it. She rang up my friends ticket and didn’t speak anymore to us. We had to say..” have a nice night” just to avoid another awkward second. It’s literally 57 degrees and I swear the AC was on blast in the theatre I dressed warm but couldn’t even enjoy the movie because I was so ready to get to my car and turn on the heat!
The theater was clean and the ticket staff were very nice. But the concession person that took our order was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other staff that wasn’t taking our order got all of our things for us while the other guy was texting and rolling his eyes at his phone. Nothing warm and inviting about him. Please re-educate your staff about professionalism. Will go to epic theater for now on.
Went to see the rediculously awesome Justice League and my seat was broken... I was sitting slumped the whole movie
Huge, two story facility. Bathrooms are clean, adult beverages were potant (but expensive). Seats are very dated and not comfortable.
Beware, if you are only going for a movie, they now force you to pay $20 just to park and see a movie. They used to validate your parking ticket so you could avoid this, but they just stopped. They say the $20 is for you to enjoy Citywalk...but you have to pay for everything you do there, and I'm only here to see a damned movie. Total ripoff. Never going back.
Then the bathroom was disgusting, ticket paper rolls and two clean stalls. What a mess tonight was.
