This is definately the best movie theater in Orlando. I have been to all the movie theaters in Orlando and since they renovated this theater, it is now the most awesome theater in Orlando. It has reclining sofa style lounge chairs in all the theaters, the XD experience is 100% in tune with how a theater should sound like and their concession stand has it all. Excellent job guys keep it up. And I still love it.
I go only on week days because I don't like crowded places with weird people, and so far it's been very quiet and peaceful.
This place is genuinely amazing. The seats are cushy and with the press of a button you can lift up the bottom and turn it into a recliner. The theatre is clean, and even features a bar in the lobby. Picture and sound quality were very good. Would highly recommend.
Been here twice. I like that I can choose my seats. The restroom facilities are clean. The screens are well maintained. The reclining leather seats in the 3D theater are a nice touch. Too bad the armrests do not go up, they make it hard to snuggle with your date.
Can't tolerate people without morals and no education.
If I could give zero Stars I would. To be fair I'm more talking about corporate and how their business is set up. I have actually heard good things about the hourly employees and the overall experience of the actual theater. I recently tried to get a private screening of a classic movie they were already showing. This event would have been for my wife's birthday and there were about thirty one of us already confirmed to go. I exchanged a few short emails with Mercedes Vasquez an assistant manager at the movie theater. She was polite and at first very prompt replying to my email the very next business day. Her reply led me to believe that she has no control over private events and that it is all arranged through corporate which she provided the link for. After filling out the forms and giving the information about what we were looking for I received an email that our event was pending approval and that it was not yet booked. I then proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. Days past so I sent another email to Mercedes Vasquez which I have yet to receive a reply from. Because of corporate lethargy we plan on taking our business elsewhere and coming up with a separate plan. Which is not what my wife wanted for her birthday. Anyone who knows anything knows that trying to plan something for 30+ people, multiple families, is no easy task. A task rendered Impossible by lack of communication from a corporate office. I would say Bravo, sarcastically of course, but I highly doubt this post will ever be read by anyone that can effect change. The sad and disheartening part of the whole story is that if they were to email me right now I would still try to set the event up because of what I've heard of the facilities and base employees.
