Horrible customer service. The agent Karen super rude, I don't understand why companies have people like that. Never go back to that office again.
They are the worst. When I first switched to them they cancelled my insurance because of a letter I was waiting on my old insurance to send then they cancelled it again because license was suspended and they gave a deadline and I fixed the issue waaay before the deadline even got here but they still cancelled it and then tell me that I have to Find another insurance company. At first I was happy about switching but then they started giving me a headache.
