Absolutely infuriating agency!! I moved to Florida yesterday. A MONTH ago I called and she gave me a firm quote over the phone. I told her I had a speeding ticket and she gave me a hard quote and put it in writing. When I got to her office just now, she said the company won't insure me because I got my car towed last year! Unbelievable. What kind of crap agency does that. I would steer clear if I were you.

Terrible service. Called for info about small business insurance. They couldn't be bothered. I was treated as a nuisance call. They don't realize that they could have earned all my insurance business, home, auto etc, in the future.
