Me and my family had been a client for over 2 decades, this office provides the highest level of Customer Service, very responsive staff have no complaints what-so-ever in last 21 years, I would congratulate Mr. Cline for maintaining an Excellent standard.
Allstate, did not pay my claim (Leaking pipes inside wall and concrete slab. Insured with Allstate since the year the house was built in 1995.
Do not recommend using this office. If you must have all-state insurance purchase through another Orlando office. False instruction and information led to a headache and greater cost for coverage than originally quoted (including wasted time and money at the DMV). This office provided no compensation or explanation for misleading customer, aside from blaming inexperienced employees and claiming "that's just the way it worked out". Thankfully corporate All-State is very helpful and understanding.
