Susanna and Debbie were very helpful. The customer service I received from both was great. Susanna initially was the one who contracted me through phone and mail and explained the policy. Debbie helped me with the final step of obtaining it and she was patient and informative,explaining every details. A+ for both ladies!
Our Sales Associate Mario in the Orlando office was a great help. He was very knowledgeable about insurance and helped me through deciding which company to go through. Our daughter is going to drive soon and he put our minds at ease. He is very good at what he does is very personable. If anyone is looking for a good insurance company and kind people to help them navigate through buying insurance, I will definitely recommend Mario to them.
I chose to switch to GEICO today because I was not satisfied with how my State Farm agent was transferring my insurance (I have just moved). Deborah was pleasant and informative, and most importantly she ASKED and EXPLAINED before making any policy coverage changes. I give Deborah and the sign-up experience an unquestionable five star review! However, I have never been insured with GEICO before and have yet to see what being a GEICO customer is like. That's the reason for the 3-star review here. Sorry guys, just give it time and I'm sure I'll be able to write an even better review :) Thanks Deborah and I look forward to being covered!
