5 star facility with 4 star medical staff and 2 star clerk staff.
Gets four stars for the facility and service but it's still a VA.
Beautiful new building, easier parking, happier admin staff. Only 3 stars because they seem to be having major issue with their janitorial staff. This can be seen in filthy stairwells and disgusting bathrooms especially in the parking garage area. Also, they have sub-contracted their gate security instead of paying actual VA police officers. In my opinion, paying for a new campus and then failing to keep it clean and properly secure is short sighted and a waste of taxpaper resources.
Good service when you can get an appointment. Excellent parking facilities.
I believe that this will be my next Hospital were I'll be treated because it has everything I need.
