We were staying at a resort, originally from Michigan. My three year old had a high fever and cough also was wheezing at night. We didn't know where to take him from our location so we gps the closest location to a children's hospital. The staff was amazing and quickly got us in. Te doctor also was very informative and was in within five minutes. Overall amazing experience. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Thank God it was only viral and his lungs were clear. We also didn't have our medical card and left our id at the resort since we were in a panic. They were really accommodating. Very happy we went there.
Poor service and knowledge from doctor (Amy Souers) and nurse (Nicole Nelson) in room. My daughter had a severe diarrhea and the doctor and her supervisor told me that she could eat anything she asked for because she just needed to eat. Big mistake. My daughter didn't improve. I had to take her to another urgent care facility after few days. At this other place, they gave me a list of type of food to take and avoid. My daughter went into so much pain and discomfort due to the lack of knowledge or negligence of these "professionals". They didn't give me anything for her pain, when is a medicine for that. It seems that they didn't care. Also, when I asked for diapers, the nurse gave me a smaller size. I asked for a bigger one and she didn't even try to check. She just said that she didn't have anything bigger. How a facility of 168 beds doesn't have all type of diaper sizes? The children that go there are not only babies. VERY disappointed. Just the people at the front desk were helpful.
Helpful and responsible stuff that ready to help you at any time. They are all professionals, it was nice to visit it and share the experience!
I'd like to thank all the staff for treating my daughter and for all support I have received, specially to Dr. Knapp for the excellent work. Everyone was very kind and helpful and they were able to provide comfort and hope to our disturbed hearts.
WORST hospital ever! It used to be great. Took my baby here. Dr. Patricia Eaton was horrible! She has no bedside manners! She basically told me things that I already knew and was rushing to get out of the room!
