FIRST CLASS CARE!!! The medical staff, clerical staff and volunteers are all exceptionally kind and welcoming. They all made my daughter feel so comfortable. The facility was exceptionally clean. It bright and colorful and very kid friendly! Our cardiologist went over our plan of action and made sure we were comfortable with everything. At the end of our visit he took us to the elevator where his nurse met us & she took us to the lower level for blood work. Since it was a long day the gave my daughter a snack to eat & drink. It was so nice to see that ppl enjoyed being at work. They didn't mind getting up to help us. The food in the cafeteria was fresh, tasty and most of all affordable! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants great care!
Took our daughter to see about a knee problem. Nemours wanted a time study of bone growth and talked surgery. Her pediatrician called BS and recommended another doctor who put her in special shoes and gave her some physical therapy. Problem improved much. Never Nemours again!
The PICU staff is amazing. They took care of my daughter like she was their own. I wish every hospital cared for their patients in this way. We could never repay the staff for the care and love they showed my daughter but we do consider each staff member apart of our family.
Magnificent! My family and I had an amazing experience at Nemours Children's Hospital. Our trip to this hospital was a complete emergency. As soon as we walked through the E.R doors nurses were extremely helpful and ready to go! All of the doctors that we interacted with were so genuine and glad to put their insights to help us make decisions on my daughters case. We stayed at Nemours for a little over 1 week during the holiday season. Everyone from janitorial staff to doctors were so respectful and made sure we were comfortable. My daughter received such great visits from Disney characters, Service Dogs, and many other people who came in to light up her day. Thank you everyone at Nemours CH Orlando for such a great experience during a tough time for my family and I!
If I could rate this hospital better than 5 stars I would! The place is great! Amazing vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Staff actually listens to you, makes you feel as comfortable as they can. They go above and beyond to make sure your child is getting the best care. We were seen within 15 mins, everything they did was fast. I took my 6m daughter to Arnold Palmer the night before and they ignored two symptoms I told them, Whereas here they listened to everything, made sure then ran all tests. Within 4 hours they figured out what was wrong with my daughter. Something no one else could tell me! On top of that they made sure I was comfortable with leaving before they discharged us! Gave us the medication she needed and sent us on our way. My daughter is now happier then she has been the past three days. Will actually smile, and sleep without me holding her. This is the place to take your child if they ever need medical attention. This place should be rated best in the country! I can’t thank the staff enough for how the treated us
