Went in to the ER, was triaged and immediately admitted. The doctors were very thorough and the nursing staff attentive & friendly. Thank you to 2 amazing nurses Ysenia & Chris! If there was any complaint I would suggest a better system for food service as I waited almost 3 hours for dinner.
Went to the emergency room at this hospital in June. Overall, the care was average. I was in severe pain and my primary nurse was not understanding. However, a different nurse was much more empathetic. The real problem came when the patient access rep did not enter any of my insurance info. I had to track down all the areas that were billing me (4 in total) to give them my info so that I wouldn't be turned over to collections. It was a mess and I was very upset. I will say, the ladies that helped me in the billing department were fabulous. They acknowledged the problem, sincerely apologized, showed concern and made me feel like my situation was a priority. I am giving four stars instead of two for their excellent service recovery.
Took my daughter to ER for minor pain yesterday since we could not get in to see our family doctor and was very pleased with the care she received. She was seen immediately and Dr. Davis was very informative and professional in his evaluation. All staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful and we were very pleased with the overall care she received.
This hospital treated my grandmother so very good I want to thank them for saving her life literally. They took her in immediately and made the decision after a CT Scan was done to do emergency surgery. The doctors and the nurses were fantastic. They showed us more respect and care than even our own home state Georgia. They went above and beyond. Thank you
This is the worst hospital I have EVER been to. The ER department shouldn't even exist it's so terrible. I came in via ambulance from surgery complications in an out patient center. I could hardly move from bloodclots, swelling and pain. I will never forget how the nurses treated me, I have never met such people that work in healthcare that lack compassion and empathy like these people do. The nurses looked at my surgery site like I was an Ebola patient and they didn't want to go near me. I had asked a million times for ice packs and a blanket. When it was time to clean my surgery site the nurse just handed me over the supplies to do it myself. I have worked at a hospital and this is not the place to be if you have an option. I feel sorry for the patients that come here and are mistreated.
