Terrible customer service, asking for help they make you feel like you are bothering the employees. Things are a mess in this store and it is hard to find what you are looking for. Went online to check for an item before going to store, online said there were 3 available. Got to store and there was no items even though it said online there was. Tried to ask employee for help and he shrugged his shoulders and says Inventory is not always right. Didn't even offer to help check inventory, just kept walking. Well this is like the 3rd time this has happened to me looking for different items. Even though this store is 1/2 mile from my house, I will drive extra miles and go to Lowes where they seem to care more for their customers.

No stars. This location used to have tolerable bad service however, lately it has gone in a hand basket. Keep in mind, when I say lately I mean in the coarse of a year. Getting assistance from staff is like pulling teeth. They don't even try. Granted, while there have been a couple of staff members that were good to answer questions and/or assists guests with great anticipation those staff members are long gone and it seems they were there for a very short time. Seems my friends and I are driving the extra miles to go to another location in St.Cloud because they seem to have it together. If you want ghetto service, attitude, disorganization of merchandise, miss communication and/or a get out our face attitude then this is the place for you.
WORSE HOME DEPOT! Employee of the month, supposedly, when I asked him a question of where to find an item, sends me "that way". I asked him which isle more specific and sends me the wrong place. The entire store is unorganized and confusing. Misplaced items and weird staff. When I asked another employee about an electric cable, while he was on the phone texting or playing he answered just "I don't know"and resumed what he was doing.
We enjoy going to Home Depot a lot, however, it's when you need assistance, you will need patience when there's no one to be found, specially in the evening. They may have your item in stock in their system, but when you go to the aisle to retrieve the item, we'll, they may be short. It has happened to us quite a few times, specially in the tiles section. Many items nowadays can only be found online. Hope this helps.
