I have been a fan of Ace for decades. The reason that I use this Ace, besides proximity to my house is the staff. You cannot get the quality of Knowledge and experience that Ace people have.
The Staff is very friendly and helpful. While they can not compete in price with the large box retail home improvement stores, they make up for in knowledge and helpfulness. I prefer to spend a little more when getting correct information, the first time, the value is time saved in not having to go back because got wrong part. Overall my first place to visit when need advise of suggestions on a project.
Very friendly and helpful staff, worth the slightly higher prices compared to Home Depot & Lowe's. If only they were open a bit later, it would have been 5 stars, but when they close at 7pm I can barely make it there after work.
Wonderful shopping experience! When I finished shopping as I was walking out the door every single employee thanked me for coming in and wished me a great day. Very nice and the sales associate was quick to offer assistance finding the item I needed! Great experience! Thabks ACE lake nona!
If you want big box mentality, by all means go to Home Depot or Lowes. if you want fast in and out,and people who know where items are....
