This is a decent store, but can seem like everyone is running around without a clue. In particular, online order pickup has never had it together in my experience.
Decent place, but across the street from a Wal-Mart so sometimes the trash rolls over to the parking lot. Most of the staff are friendly and can be helpful if they can speak English.
Made an online pickup order for 1 small item. Topk 24 hours for them to send confirmation email stating is was readt for pickup. Get to the online order pickup counter and waited 10 minutes. Happens everytime. I don't like Lowe's, their selections are limited. Inly reason i go there is due to proximity to house. I'm done.
I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service provided while shopping for a fridge over Labor Day weekend. Not to mention I got a great deal! Will definitely be returning to this specific location.
Horror story. Bought $750.00 window shutters and when installed the doors DID NOT shut! Problem with Graber shutters or problem with installer. Resolve? Buy a different product and pay the difference in cost. WHAT? I was inconvenienced, the product is SUB par and they are fining ME! Never again. GO to Budget Blinds! The rest of my home will have Budget Blinds!
