My husband and I waited at the help desk in the paint department in front of all the registers for help for over 10 minutes with no one offering assistance. Sales representatives walked right past us multiple times to no avail . We finally put our items down and walked out. Not really the helpful hardware place they advertise on TV.
Very clean store and the staff is great. 2 days after Hurricane Irma they had propane available. Thank you for having what I needed, when nobody else did.
Wanted to thank the staff at this ace! They are working long hours and they are still in a good mood and happy to help! Special shout out to Roberto(I think his name is, he seemed to have blue/gray eyes and really curly hair and thin and tall) he was incredible helpful in knowledgeable about where everything was it made it super easy to get my last minute hurricane supplies! But overall every one did a great a job by getting the line moving and the cash register people were quick about checking every one out quickly
I watched employee Lori help a lady with batteries and lights that would have been helpless without her help, and sitting in the dark tonight.
Best customer service in the world Roberto who's been there for 2 years outstanding. Seems like he's the only one that knows what he's doing everybody kept asking him what to do call him to go over there to go over there. Again Roberto thank you very much for my copy of my key you've been great help keep rocking it.
Oscar made me 3 copies of an oddly shaped mail key in no time at all! $8 total. 5 minutes in and out the door, so easy. Come to think of it, I've been to this place a bunch of times to pick up random hardware goodies throughout the years and they never disappoint.
