Dr. Green is really nice and professional staff, explains everything with details, first time i visit a dentist where i could see each tooth so close, i love it here and my 3y/o as well.
The are friendly and professional. We're able to give me accurate info about my insurance and made sure everything was covered.
Dr. Samuel is an awesome dentist with a great personality!!!! Patient centered care in a great setting!!! His staff is extremely welcoming as well!!! It was a pleasure to visit!!!! AAAA+++++.
I feel that it is important to relay my concern & offense for the lack of clinical judgement & empathy demonstrated by Dr. Pinzon. I ended my phone call with him in tears. His solution to my concerns regarding having 6 tablets of Tylenol 3, expected to be taken every 6 hours & last over a 3 day period for a surgical extraction, was to take Tylenol with the medication that obviously already contains Tylenol & is something that is clearly contraindicated on the bottle of the medication as well as a well known potential problem with the impact it could have on the liver & other organs. I NEVER pushed for him to give me a stronger medication, I just explained that a tablet every 4 hrs vs. 6hrs was much more comfortable. He told me to go to the emergency room if I was in that much pain. Obviously that was a ridiculous suggestion & really a mockery of the pain I was experiencing. He later offered to give me an injection of lidocaine the next day in the office if I was still in pain. This temporary resolution & unnecessary puncture of an already infected area is just another outlandish & irresponsible suggestion in his part.
My first hygenist was very nice and professional, however my second cleaning appointment was not a good experience. I had a female hygenist that was informing me about floride and sealants. I never once said I wanted to do either but she told the dentist I wanted to do them so I had to correct her, but thats no big problem. She then had a man come in with paperwork for me to sign to do the sealants that day (which I did not want to do), I then had to tell him I'd do it at my next appointment. My hygenist didnt know I could see her in the reflection of a framed poster on the wall, so I caught her rolling her eyes and shaking her head at him because I didnt want to do sealants that same day. On top of all this, because of their poor job filling a cavity I had last year and grinding off 40% of my back tooth in the process I haven't been able to chew on one side of my mouth for months, and theres no way to fix it. I am never coming back to this place.
I have had numerous...NUMEROUS dental procedures, even while pregnant, and never dealt with a physician who seemed so ignorant & uninterested in what the true issue was/is. There have been no requests for ANY hard narcotics in my part & yet I have been made to feel as if I was posing an unreasonable concern/request. I have spoken to several medical/prescribing physician that are in the same confusion as myself.
