The dentist was completely out of line, and so was the lady at front desk with the short hair. Before this all happened my wife had been told to come in to get the night guard fixed, but it became apparent the dentists office had an entire other agenda. I know people have bad days but, this is how you treat customers, we’ve been going there for years. Suffice to say, we will not be going back.
The dentist then got up abruptly, declined further service, demanded a refund be issued to my wife and disrespectfully dismissed her from the office. Everyone left In the room were stunned by this behavior, and most of all my wife who really enjoyed going there and couldn’t believe this was happening.
I highly recommend this practice. Best dental team I ever experienced.
Wonderful experience. Caring, professional staff. There was no wait. Bright exam rooms with state of the art technology. Dentist spent a lot of time examining my teeth and explaining his findings. I could not be more pleased with the experience.
Best ever!! I've been to many different dentists over the years, never going to anyone else, found the best! Office staff is kind and curtious. Everyone is up front and helpful. Dr. Ahmad explains things in a very down to earth way. He gives you honest options and treats you with dignity. Thank you!
My wife and I have been going to this office for a number of years. For most of this period our interactions with the office have been pleasant, until today. The dentist accused my wife of lying, right to her face about a night guard that couldn’t be fitted right. He was rude, sarcastically asked personal questions about her sleeping habits saying “What do you do when you sleeping” “you’re laying down aren’t you” related to why the night guard won’t stay in place among other odd or aggressively toned questions.
At the front desk she was treated coldly, issued a refund without so much of any acknowledgement of what had occurred.
Best dental practice in Orlando. The staff is highly personable and makes you feel welcome every time you walk through the doors and even after you leave. I have been going here for several years and have never had a bad experience. I cannot say the same for the big chain dental practices where I always felt like just a number. Allison, Kim and Dr Ahmad are the best by far.
They use the latest technology, tell it like it is, are efficient and my oral health is back to where it needs to be.
