And last and most important, I don’t see much turnover of staff — the same team year after year which means they know my family. And they show genuine care, for example I was blown away when our hygienist this morning inquired about our dog and remembered details from when we first rescued him.

Worst services ever. We went today to our appointment and we wait approximate 40 minutes in one of the rooms. Our appointment was at 11:30am. At 12:00pm we device to leave with our 14 months son because of the waiting time. Went we were leaving one of the nurse asked us if everything was fine and I told her that we were waiting for 40 minutes and she said that the doctor was busy in the morning which we understand but they need to know that this is a pediatric office, they are dealing with babies and toddlers, they are not too patient. So, the doctor saw my conversation with the nurse and he asked us with attitude that if we are going back to the room or what? I say no, and he at any moment didn't apologize to us and just ignore us after that and help the next patient. Please don't go there, he just demonstrate that he care about quantity no quality. I will never recommend this guy to anybody. He didn't show any sympathy with us or my son.
Dr. Mike is awesome! I have been taking my son to him for over 10 years! He is professional, courteous and extremely caring! The staff is also fantastic!
We have been patients at the practice for over 12 years. The experience is pleasant for kids/teens and parents alike. It's the small details like the way the staff explains what they are doing (X-rays, cleaning, etc.) that have always set my kids at ease. And as a parent I don't wait for long as they generally run on time! They are kind yet direct when giving guidance on brushing and flossing, so that it makes a positive impact.
Overall a kind, efficient team that is dedicated to serving the dental needs of children/teens.
I've taken my kids to Dr. Mike for more than 10 years. Dr. Mike and the team are so kind, skilled and patient with my children. They LOVE visiting his office and aren't afraid at all. We couldn't ask for better care for our kids!
