I had a great first visit (due to a tooth pain) about 5? weeks ago. Dentist was very nice and right to the point; no mindless B.S. Excuse my language.
I went in knowing that I would find an entirely new staff, with a certain degree of trepidation. I was present for a routine cleaning, and the Hygienist was out so it took a bit of time before we started. The staff was quite cordial. Dr. Bati performed my cleaning, and exam. As a medical professional I am a critical, and difficult patient; Dr. Bati and staff did and excellent job. I felt comfortable in my interactions. After many years and numerous dentists I can say that Dr. Bati did an excellent job, through, and with an very sensitive pain free touch. I was the first in my home to interact with him, and now feel comfortable with my Wife going to him also. I have no reservations about this Gentleman or his office.
I absolutely love Dr. Reiter! He is very professional and detail oriented. I have been going to his office for a few years and I have never had a problem. His work is excellent and I never had pain during or after any of the procedures he has done for me. The staff is great and the office is always very clean. I would recommend Dr. Reiter to my own mother. He is an amazing dentist!

After such a great experience, I would like to share my review of Smiles Solutions. The facility was conveniently located in a nice area and the clean and welcoming waiting room was accompanied by a professional staff. After a very short wait I proceeded to see the dentist Dr. Reiter. My X-Rays Were taken by very cool new technology I had personally never seen before. I took a seat in my operation chair and the dentist gave me some anesthesia injections, shortly after I was fully numb Dr. Reiter and his assistant got to work. within the hour, 3 cavities and a crown replacement later I was out the door and back to work. Pain free, professional, and best of all affordable. Thank you for Helping me and working with my schedule.
I've been back twice since that (once for a cleaning and once for a crown -- all white). I just like the "no BS" approach: just fix the problem as quickly as you can. No one really wants to be at the dentist, so please just fix the issue and I'll be on my way. BUT I will be back in 5-6 months for the follow up tooth cleaning. I do love the feeling, which I forgot, of clean teeth - feels good. Zero negative issues so far with the office
