Dr.Choice is excellent & staff! My kids love going to the dentist now! We love her!! Great with kids!!
My kids have been going here 4 yrs. The Doctor is good but the policy sucks. I now have 2 change dentists 4 my kids b/c of 2 missed appointments. Instead of them just charging the account they remove your child from their establishment. That policy sucks.
So my daughter loves this dentist! Nothing wrong with the DR. but their policy sucks!! According to them when you missed two appointments they cannot take you back. My last appointment back in August I had to cancel. Because it was a Friday I called a request a cancellation and even left messages. No issues. Hard to believe.... I called today and since I recently change my insurance they said NO because I was a no show.. WHAT??? So it really don't matter to them if you cancel or not.
Dr.Choice is GREAT with kids!!! Everyone makes you feel welcome! BEST dentist in town!!!
