Tried to tell me that I had an infection because I had plaque at my cleaning. I knew that diagnosis was not automatic. Tried to overcharge me for cleaning and xrays. I had them call my insurance company to verify since I had received a quote before going to their office. I paid the amount the insurance company stated I owed and was agreed upon by their office. I still get bills saying I owe more money after more than a year. I am giving them 3 stars because the dental hygienist was very good at her job.

If I could give it 0 I would. I came in because my filling came out over the weekend, and they right away wanted to do a root canal.... The dentist didn't even take a look in my mouth. I went another dentist right across the street they quickly put in another filling and sent me on my way. Because guess what? I don't need a root canal at all! This is a horrible, money hungry place, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone!
I agree and experienced the same thing, They are very rude and feel they are above you. get over yourself, your only cleaning teeth not heart surgery. They changed my appointment twice and said it was to meet their Family schedule. This is one of those places you see on TV and they are nothing like they portray themselves on their commercials.
I had the worse experience over at this place. I went for a crown ( only the crown the implant thanks God it was done in another place). They are rude and unprofessional. They charge me upfront and call me 2 weeks later to put me the tooth. This tooth came off in a week, even when is screwed to the implant. I went back and gave me a temporary tooth and I had to wait 2 more weeks for another permanent tooth. The temporary came off in 4 hours ( it was supposed to last 2 weeks). I got a new tooth and this time lasted a few months and came off. The Dr said that it was necessary to re adjust the screw. She did it and got help from a few employees of the place. She didn't know exactly how to do it. The new tooth came off in 2 days, this time with the whole screw. Unbelievable. I waited 2 more weeks for a new screw and 2 more for a new tooth. All this time without this tooth the rest of my teeth got crooked. Dr Ambar was rude and I had to go to her office more than 10 times. She never said: I am sorry, no, she and her staff treated me like if the problem it was my fault. The staff is also the worst. Once they gave me glue in case my tooth comes off, i should glue it back by myself. I wouldn't go there ever again in my life. My problem is not over , the last tooth it hurts. I will have to go to a real doctor to get this fixed. DON'T GO THERE. HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE.
