As a first time client with Dr. Chapkis, I felt right at home. The knowledge and professionalism upon my visit for my routine cleaning and crown recovery was outstanding. I highly recommend this staff to anyone that has high tooth sensitivity as I do. The innovative technology and ease of appointment availability made my visit. I’ll be back!
The office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. We were happy with the service from the dentist and hygenists but unfortunantly the unprofessionlism from the office manager has caused our family to stop going to this office. There are a few other high quality and respectful dentist office in Avalon Park where customer service is valued.
The worst experience in dental office I have never had. The front office manager lacks customer service and communication skills. I see all these comments below on how unprofessional they are, but no changes are being made. They obviously lack proper training on good customer service skills.
Very pleased with Dr Chapkis and his staff. Very informative on the procedures which are being performed. Make me feel very comfortable at each visit. The hygienist are also very professional and answers any questions that I may have during the service. If I ever have a problem they get me scheduled as soon as possible.
Upon arrival of this beautiful facility (loved the colors and decor, super plus++), I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Verifying my insurance was a breeze. After filling out paperwork I was taken back by Rachel, the hygienist. Rachel was very informative and thorough which made me feel very much at ease, not to mention her amazing personality. I would recommend this office to close friends and family. I look forward to my next cleaning at this office.
