I've been going to this place for over 10yrs. It's always busy because SHE IS THE BEST IN ORLANDO! Even if you get there as soon as she opens you are guaranteed to wait at least an hour. It's worth it if you want your eyebrows to look flawless. I've tried to cheat on her by using the eyebrow place in the mall or even other threading places in orange and Seminole county and I will NEVER allow anyone besides Rashmi to hook me up.
I went to the shop for the first time. Long wait and I was very uncomfortable whereas she's doing all these eyebrows and not washing her hands after each one. Also she introduced me to this eyebrow makeup kit and it was irritable to my skin and eyes. She applied that mess to my eyes while I was in the shop. She said she never had that happened in 10 years. When I took it back unopened and explained I was told to put nerosporin on it and no refund. I wasn't told no refund but no refund sign is hung up on the side of the wall. It's not facing you at all.
Ive been going to this place for over 10 years. I missed my turn and they just let me sit there, person after person and didn't even have the odasity to tell me I wasn't going to be seen bc I had missed my turn. She just lost one of most loyal customers. Never going back after that.
All I wanted was my money returned.
I have an appointment to my eye doctor because since that visit my eyes wouldn't stop watering and a since of burning.
Was trying this place for the first time. Long wait, which I don't mind. But she must have spent 2 minutes the most on my eyebrows. I've been trying to grow my eyebrows. Wished she had asked me what do I want first. She asked no questions. She just did it real quick and was done. My eyebrows are much thinner than I wanted. Now back to growing them back. Will try a different place next until I find one I like.
