My sister told me about Belgicas salon she has been going for years I am from Illinois and been natural since January 2013 and Belgica performed a miracle with my hair she colored and blew it out when I left there I thought I was Janet Jackson lol she has me as a client for life
Tried to book an appointment for 2 people a day before and was told just to come in. When arrived the next day was greeted by the rudest stylist who was the only one there and had 2 clients waiting and had no empathy for us when I tried to explain that I tried to make an appt so someone would be expecting us. This wasn't the 1st time I had saw some unprofessional behavior there, BUT this is the last. Will never spend my money there again.
After almost 12 years, I love my family at Belgica's Beauty Salon. Great service, excellent group of professionals.
