The atmosphere inside, both the staff and the other guests are always calm, friendly, and relaxed, which adds so much to the experience. It's really a treat to come here. Have brought friends and family and everyone is equally impressed.
Great experience. The location is very well kept. The tranquility room was a great feature. All the employees were very friendly and professional. My therapist, Jessica, was excellent. I drove an hour to get a massage from her and I'm going back sooner than I expected prior to seeing her. I highly recommend Jessica and this location!
Love going here!!!! Will not go to any of the other Hand and Stones near where I live due to poor customer service. This location has such an AMAZING staff with great attitudes!! Normally get facials here and officially became a monthly member. So worth it!!!! Highly recommend!!!
Could not be more satisfied. Everything is always wonderful from booking to leaving the appointment. Such great therapists, Marisa and Jessica for massages, especially the deep tissue which truly are a God-sent for anyone looking to work out those knots in neck and shoulders. Hannah the skin therapist is also wonderful.
Great staff, great location, very relaxing indeed!. I have recently moved from Lake Nona to Sarasota. It was easy to transfer my membership- I have been a member of over 1 year. I miss my massages from Jessy! Of all the massages I have had in many Orlando Spas and Cruise Ships- Jessy is on point- she spoils you with her extra little special techniques. We clicked very well and she takes the time to listen and adjust her massages to fit your needed concern. BRAVO!!!
