The staff is awesome. Very informative. Always friendly. Much better than the big chain stores. We love this place.

My cat had anxiety when trying to leave the house.. so I asked this groomer if they made house calls as I lived in the development right behind their store.
I like the store. Sales people are helpful usually and very pleasant. I like that they always give little samples so it makes it easy to try new things for my precious black cat Midnight. I was also able to purchase affordable medication for him when he had a tapeworm.
I have been going to all 4 pets for over a year now and i love it!!! Robin and heather is the best! Robin grooms my puppy and she absolutely love her. They do a great job and they love what they do. My puppy always looks and smells great!!! The best place in Avalon. Looking for a great grooming place look no further.....here it is.....All 4 pets!!!!
When the girl came out with my cat..I explained that she was calmer in the pillowcase and it was effective because it was such a short time.. she just mumbled and laughed .
They said they didn't offer that service. I covered my cat's eyes with a pillow case and as she attacked with her nails I had to cover her completely..
Some idiot guy on staff walked in the back door and started making condescending comments about the way my cat was brought in, to the staff in the back.
No wonder your store is empty!
