They helped me with resizing my ring, cleanings, understanding more about actually wearing them and really were informative about their products.

This place only cares about money and not there customer has rude employees and they like to lie you can't trust this kay at all save your time and go to a different location

I wish i could give zero stars on this location. the manager is a dear in headlights and doesn't care that her assistant manager is a rude twat. her employees are not trained properly. this all started about 4 months ago when they got rid of the good ones. my ring has been sent out 3 times to get fixed and every time comes back damaged, they don't call you or email you if your jewelry comes back early that the est time frame, i have had to call customer service at least 15 times to deal with this store. i wouldn't trust them with my ring anymore and had to get a new one and now i have to go out of my way to a different store. way to go.
I spoke with Johnathan (associate) and Allen (manager) and had an amazing experience! Hand down this is the best Kay I've been in. I originally bought my wedding bands in Gainesville and let me tell you I almost abandoned ever shopping at Kay again..
