Dimitri at Delores is a master at creating custom jewelry. He designed my wife's engagement/wedding ring set. He was very meticulous, and cared deeply for our design. Dimitri kept us involved in every step of the construction process. Plus, his selection of loose diamonds were the best price/quality around. Very bad experience at Delores Jewelers. Brought in a piece of jewelry to get worked on and was given a price that seemed made up on the spot. I was told from the jeweler he would begin on it immediately and have it done within 15 minutes. I left, got lunch and then returned to come back and see he had not even begun. He rushed to the back and begun working on it. He went very fast and seemed to have no care or passion with the work and returned it to me looking worse than what it did before. As well, they had me sign the slip agreeing that I was satisfied with the work before it was given back to me without my knowledge. I felt that I was given no respect as well as my item. Very unprofessional and had a sketchy vibe. I left there unsatisfied and ripped off.
I got my replacement wedding ring from Delores after being mistreated at Diamond Exchange. Im so happy Delores was here for me and my husband! We were treated so well we bought my husbands rings here as well as ear rings and a bracelet for my daughter! We'd never go anywhere else!
