I have to give kudos to Orange cycle. This shop is very professional. They ask the right questions to fit you with the bike that fits your needs. The service department is spot on. These guys are good and I highly recommend them. Thank you for not giving me some self absorbing survey as I feel a personal note gives you much better result of customer satisfaction.

Amazing service, there is a reason Orange Cycle is the largest most well stocked bicycle shop in town. I'm a very detail oriented person and have had some less than stellar experiences with other local shops as a result. I brought a frame in this evening to order a new headset, knowing that it was an item that only a larger shop with Specialized equipment would possibly keep in stock. I was immediately greeted and a staff member immediately looked at the parts I had brought in, inspected the parts and informed me that while they didn’t have the part in stock, what I had was in perfect working condition and just use a good service. He immediately went to town tearing into the job, making quick work of the job while I waited and executing the job to exact specifications during his inspection. Orange Cycle has earned a customer for life and I will recommend them to anyone looking for quality cycling gear and bicycle service in the future, this is how local businesses should operate and I’m glad to see the prosper as a result.
This shop has the best selection of everything concerning a bike in Orlando. There is no second place.
