Samuel was very meticulous to check every component of the bike, he also provided important tips to maximize the life and performance of the bike.
I went in the shop today to look at a new bicycle as the one I have is ancient. I spoke with William and he found me the perfect bike for what I need and in my budget. He was extremely helpful and I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike.
Part 2: Maintenance of the Bike:
Shawn, Laz and Eric were very informative, patient, answered my questions and a gave a warm feeling towards my passion for cycling. I was able to purchase the bike that I really wanted.
Shawn, one of the employees was very helpful! I went in to purchase a cone wrench, however I was unsure of the size I needed. I brought in my front wheel in and Sean adjusted my front wheel axle's cone and axle nuts free of charge, and sized the cone to a 15 mm cone wrench. Great place and great people!

After purchasing my new bike, I road approximately 1000 miles and went back to the store the check the cables, chain, brakes, tires, pedals, steam, seat post, seat and so on.
I have done some business through this Awesome establishment earlier this year! Went back today to purchase a brand new set of Zipp 303 Nsw's, and once again, i was greeted and treated with the utmost professionalism! Thanks to Willie, Garret and crew for installing my new wheelset, for my new handle bar tape, and for taking care of my bike like it was theirs! All I can say is if anyone is looking for Top of the Line service, Top of the Line Pro bikes, Advanced Cycles is definitely the place to go to!!!
