Went for Halloween Horror Nights 27 And they just keep packing is in like cattle! I think it is great that they add a few new houses to recycle out the old ones, but we Don't get to appreciate the work because they usher you through each house in minutes or less! Honestly, for the price, I would have just bought another season pass. Only one really complete scare zone and half-hearted scares. I was impressed with the trick or treat zone; if they decorated all the scare zones as meticulously, it would have been a better experience for the hefty price tag.
Universal in my opinion is one of the best parks in the world. It is truly a unique place. No even is California brother can compare. It was my first theme park in Florida when I was a little kid. Now years later, it was the place I got engaged and took my husband for the first time to experience this magical place. Love Universal and I am happy to hear more awesome rides, and events are coming. Can’t wait to see, what they will do with the huge land they just purchased.
Went here on 11.20 and today(11.21). Wait in the express line for Harry Potter and the escape of Gringotts for about 1.5 hour. Due to some problems, it delayed a lot. When it's almost time for us to ride, the staff asked us to leave and give us an express pass for the ride, which we already bought one. We left and went to the locker to take our bags, after about 10 minutes , the ride is on again. So we put our bags in the locker and wait in the line again. We are far far away from where we left. No other compensation at all.
We are here with our 3 children, my father-in-law who is a terminal cancer patient and who is currently on chemo and Grandma who has a steel cage in her back. Disney World went above and beyond to make our day at the park magical, amazing and comfortable. Universal won't even let our whole party of 7 go in together with Grandpa's disability pass. I tried to get a 2nd pass for Grandma and they wouldn't allow it. They just offered her a wheel chair (it hurts her more to sit). Universal has it's good points but not for disabled people.
