By far my favorite ride in the entire park. The wait can reach extremes at times, but it's worth it. There are also ways at getting around the wait like Single-Rider and FastPass along with the General Motors employee lounge. The door is next to the shop entrance, make sure you have ID ready. The lounge is amazing and free drinks while you're there. You can watch the ride both inside and outside on the loop. Once you are done hanging out and designing your car, you can just hop on the ride. The wait isn't too bad because there's a lot to look at and experience. The design rooms are a really good enhancement to the ride experience. The ride itself is a really cool experience. It's a lot like a Tron ride. The ride isn't that scary for kids, so it's something they can have fun on.

When it works.

In all seriousness, the ride has broken down just about every time we have been there. We still have been able to ride it each time though.

Have to insert the obligatory "it's because it's a Chevy" pun here.

One of the best rides ever.

Test Track is a high speed giant slot car attraction at Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. The ride is a simulated excursion through the rigorous testing procedures that General Motors uses to evaluate its concept cars, culminating in a high-speed drive around the exterior of the attraction. It closed for refurbishment on April 15, 2012 and re-opened on December 6, 2012.[4] It is now sponsored by the Chevrolet brand rather than General Motors as a whole, who sponsored the attraction from 1999 until the refurbishment.

Such a unique and interesting ride. You get to design your own car and test it out (the car goes the same for everyone but you can see your stats). Really enjoyed it, however my screen wasn’t working in the beginning so I didn’t have a ton of time to design my car.

Much better than I expected. I was skeptical about the whole "create your own car" concept but my kids loved it. Also, it's the fastest ride at Disney. Our whole family had a great time.

All joking aside, what a fantastic experience. Kids have 3 minutes to design their own car based on 4 characteristics. The car then follows you along with a winner determined by overall score. The ride takes you outside and reaches a speed of about 65 mph!
