Great customer service, So very helpful. Never had to hold long at all,. Best travel company I've every used in my life.
First off I knew that this was a time share company. I knew that there was going to be an 120 minute lecture. I booked a Disneyworld vacation that was going to be my honeymoon. The people I talked to on the phone was very nice. At the beginning I was promised 4 tickets to my choice of Disneyworld or Universal studios with fast passes. I then decided that I would take my two kids because I wouldn’t feel right to leave them out even though it was considered to be a honeymoon. ETourandTravel was very nice and upgraded our room for an extra 87 dollars. I was sent an email to confirm my reservations and I did that. Then I was sent another email and I did not see what was told to me I would get. Me and my fiancé called and asked and was told they would find out and we were never contacted about that problem. Then I started reading reviews and seen all the problems that people have had with this company and I already started to see the changes they were making to my reservation. Then I get a phone call to confirm once again but this time they added stipulations and told us that we would be charged an extra 350 dollars if we did not qualify for what they were selling. After that I had enough of the changes and called to cancel and get my money back. They asked why and I answered them they said they would take and extra 50 dollars a night of my reservations. That would be 150 dollars and I told them no way and they said I confirmed everything. They even said they went over recordings of my phone calls and confirmed that I confirmed everything. So they told my fiancé they would refund us 475 dollars and she told them that we paid more than that because of the upgrade and they quickly changed our refund to 512 dollars and the 150 they kept would be kept and put forth another trip we would book with ETourandTravel within the next two years. This company knows how to screw people over. They know all the tricks. I know I will probably never see that 150 dollars they stole from me and my fiancé. I’m just glad we got out of it because there was going to be a lot more hidden costs when we got to Orlando. Those extras were called taxes and due fees but it’s a joke and a money pit. Just book a trip with the place you are going and don’t waste your time with these thief’s. They are top tier scam artists.
This is the worse company I have ever book a trip through, they lie to you about the price, all kind of hidden fees they don't tell you about, you find out when you are checking into the resort. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend these people to anyone, I was about to cancel my trip because I was so damn mad at these guys, glad I didn't my son had a blast!!!!!
Buyers beware!!! Yes its a timeshare offer and good deal BUT be careful!!! They offer you the world and when you travel you dont get the stuff that was promised!! Got email and didnt match anything that i was told i was getting. There are a lot of hidden restrictions and fees. Save yourself the trouble!!!
