Cruise dropped in price we called to have price adjusted and they did nothing to help go find another tavel agency.
I wouldn't use them again. Once the cruise is booked there is no response from them. They just want ur money and get u out of there. There r many better agencies with good customer service. Carlos Brignoni was the agent we used. Stay clear.
SUSAN CARR is the most incompetent travel agent ever and this company should remove her employment at the service. She doesn't return phone calls or emails, and all I wanted to do was pay her. It was so bad that another rep had to take my payments. Never do business with this company
