This is an awesome place to shop for shoes. They have the perfect shoes for any occasion that is actually comfortable. I love it. You should check it out sometime. ♡☆☆☆☆☆ That's why I give it 5 STARS. They also have great service, but you have to find the right person.
I came into this store with a friend and she bought a pair of shoes and was helped by a very helpful and enthusiastic African American man (sorry cant remember his name!) but a couple asked for his help so we asked a lady who worked at the store who was on her phone at the time (i believe her name was lourdes) to check us out and she made it very obvious that she did not want to help us and then I watched her put her name into the section for what salesperson helped us and she put her name in! She didnt help us at all! Later, i decided that i wanted a pair of shoes from this store and came back and she was rude to us again! Not even acknowledging us! We immediately walked out. Its an issue when a customer cannot even buy from a store because the employee is so rude.
I had a truly exceptional experience there yesterday. Went in for some shoes and orthotics - and got both. First of all, absolutely love my new shoes with the orthotics - so comfortable. Secondly, someone there named Matthew was amazing - so knowledgeable! And while we were waiting for something that another helper (also a great guy) was helping us with - Matthew (unprompted) cleaned my old shoes that I wore into the store! - yes really - And they looked a million percent better! Extraordinary service and such a great experience overall. Highly recommended.
