I'm not sure what the lady's issue is below me, I came on to brag about this staff and am shocked! I looked up her reviews and she only does one star complaints. Amanda and Charmayne are always helpful! Great experience during tax free. Went to a local competitor and they were very unorganized. Very surprised with how well the staff handled the busy day with ease. Amanda helped my kids find the perfect shoes and stayed positive even when I overheard very frantic last minute parents around her. Kudos to this team for their professionalism. We will return as usual.

I had abad experienced the manager Amanda seems very uncomfortable or tired to found my rewards card in the system. Corporation beed to be aware that manager is totally out of professionalism. She did ask my name 5 times and she did say"omg hard name and last name" she was rude and gived me hard time after buying 125.93 She refused to apply my rewards points just because she checked one time and it wasnt there. I did enter in my pc in my home and Bual'a it was there. NEVER AGAIN Famous Foot Ware lost 6 clients because in my hose all we was really good clients. If she is not happy working in that industry she shouldn't be there.
