I used to shop at the Loft a lot, mostly online. However, since they lost two of my packages (2 separate orders = repeat offenders), I decided to only shop in store. This store gets two stars because at least they carry a wide selection of loft products, but they're sales people are very very unfriendly. They have no customer service and treat customers like they are a bother for shopping there.
I got a blouse from this store and it was torn the very first time I wore it. The store refused to exchange it or refund the price because apparently it was worn. There is obviously no quality control at Loft. I will never spend a dime at this store again.
