I just walked into this store hoping to find a pair of running shoes, and the clerk was facing towards a wall doing something with shoes and didn't even acknowledge me and another lady who was waiting for assistance. I then took it upon myself to say hello and she responded with a dry hello and didn't even look back. Me and the other customer stood there for a few minutes waiting for assistance and she still didn't turn around to even say I'm sorry I'll be right with you. I then walked out because I refuse to spend my money somewhere where the customer service is anything but great! Sketchers just lost an easy sale because of a clerk who doesn't know about good customer service.
