I was a big fan of Aldo, until I had a really bad customer service experience. I bought a pair of boots from there that cost me a $135, after wearing them twice I realized on was darker than the other. Because I don't have my receipt there is nothing they can do, which I can understand if I was trying to get my money back. I just don't wanna have one boot that it's darker than the other, is that too much to ask after dropping that money on some crappy shoes?
Spoke with someone at the store and they said that there is nothing that they can do. I just wasted a $135, thanks Aldo @ primiuem outlets vineland!
