Shame on OPD for purposely not trying to serve papers for the charge until months later (almost a year later!) trying to overwhelm me with the felony charges at the same time, charges that evil Peggy Westby and corrupted OCSO have pressured the State attorney to charge me with right after they tried to go after my friend as well and harass him too, and they failed! It's clear to me the corruption spreads to OPD and OCSO and OPD helped each other like brothers do (teammates!) - it's like a mob of abusive gangsters with a badge! They think they are the law and they can do and say whatever they want because they have a badge, lying on affidavits, lying under oath, forging fake evidence, deceiving the Judges and abusing and terrorizing the common people that try to expose them for what they are, just like mobsters do!
It has been nonstop harassment and abuse! Nauseating!

Conspiracy: Luis Enrique Guivas Acevedo (unemployed man that claims to be "mentally ill") has made false and malicious accusations against me.
It is not recommended to sleep under infrasonic weapon researches show that's when it is the most damaging to the mind and body.
I was going to my friend's condo at Mosaic at Millenia to get away from infrasonic weapon torture because of this evil woman Peggy Westby that pretends to live in condo below me at 7544 Bay Port road alone (it's all fake and staged!) and has cameras pointed at my doorway and driveway to stalk me and has tortured me with infrasonic generators since 2014 in attempts to force me to move out and harm me! If I spend the night in my own home she sees that and amplifies the infrasonic weapon so much and force me to leave! It's very painful!

Are you kidding me, the Orlando PD officer #18794 gave me the wrong crash report number, and when I called the Orlando PD non-emergency call, told them I purchased the one wrong report that's given, then they asked me "so what's your calling for?" what...? then I said your office gave me the wrong number, so you need to give me the right number. (besides the female who is answering the phone is very full of attitude) I mean at least "sorry for your inconvenient" ???

What a bag of idiots... I understand that there is an IQ cap for hiring individuals for police officer positions. They must have lowered that cap yet again.
Here we are again! I reported an abusive officer and OPD in return harassed more denying the abusive officer did anything wrong and right after that complaint OPD to my shock abused even more and even though the two injunctions corrupted Acevedo quickly tried to get against me were dismissed, OPD suddenly (without me knowing it) charged me with assault to purposely harass me and trying to help corrupted OCSO in their scheme - please note that Orange County sheriff's office Sheriff Demings was previous chief of police at OPD.
Sadly the corruption seems to spread all the way to the state attorney's office where corrupted prosecutors bring charges when they should not!
Abusive Acevedo stated that he has been paid by wicked Peggy Westby and also showed up in court with her trying to get an injunction with false and malicious accusations trying to support Peggy Westby's claims trying to purposely and maliciously taint my character with evil lies.
I'm not sure which is more appalling......the useless loss of life or the the complete lack of competence by the Orlando police department.
